I decided to use Neel Plumbing, after my previous plumbing company canceled my appointment on two separate occasions. Neel has a live person answer the phone who was very friendly to deal with. They serviced my tankless water heater and installed some new plumbing that I requested. Mike Showed up at the appointed time and provide a courtesy call about 40 minutes prior to his arrival. I am very happy with the work they did and how clean he left everything afterwards. Ihighly recommend Neel Plumbing.

These guys are awesome. I had an emergency at my home and they came out same day and fixed it and did an amazing job! Mike, Mike, TJ and Chris did an awesome job. Will definetly be using these guys for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I can't say enough nice things about this company. We had them out for every plumbing issue we've had since moving to the area in 2012 and then during another move a few years later. They get here quick, they charge reasonably and fair, and they are courteous and professional. We’ve recommended them to friends and family who have all said the same. The best in the area for sure!

I've worked with a few plumbing companies in the area now and recently gave MR Neel a try. I was pleased to find they were the best of the bunch. They were upfront with their pricing so there were no surprises and did a stellar job/provided great service. Will definitely be calling them first in the future for any plumbing needs.

MR. Neel was fantastic. We renovated our kitchen and they did all the plumbing and gas at a great price. The techs were very professional and did clean work. I will be using them for all future plumbing and heating needs.

Had a cracked pipe in the basement recently in the drain pipe from my kitchen sink. We have the insurance plan from American Water -- none of their recommendations could get to us for days. Not only that, their service center is overseas which made it difficult to understand the operators! Called M.R. Neel, who is literally around the corner from our house. We had service within 2 hours!! Awesome job, VERY reasonable cost, nice guys, and they have the BEST Office Administrator I have ever encountered!!

Came out the next morning and had hot water and heat for the restaurant by early afternoon! Great job Carl! Will definitely use MR Neel again! Oh and the price was very reasonable.

I called M R Neel after having an issue with my Navien tankless water heater. (They did not install) they came out right away to diagnose the issue and ordered the parts that were still covered under warranty from Navien. Navien never sent the part. Mind you this is January and we haven’t had hot water in my house for several days at this point. Mike the owner went above and beyond and was able to get Navien to replace the entire unit under warranty. They had it installed in a couple hours. Highly recommend.

M.R. Neel did great work for us with a custom front door installation and replacement of a kitchen sink. In both jobs, Mike and his team took care to explain their plan, and made both areas look excellent. I would definitely use M.R. Neel again and would also highly recommend them without reservation.

Great customer service starting with scheduling and prompt arrival. Matt was professional and explained everything he was doing to fix the shower. He put down drop clothes to protect the floors, and cleaned up better than he found it. I would highly recommend M. R. Neel.

We've had Matt from MR Neel come out twice in the last few months to help with some broken valves as we upgraded some fixtures and ended up with leaks. Both times we've called they've sent someone out quickly, and Matt's always been super kind and listened to what the issue was and provided fixes for really reasonable prices. Both times MR Neel has made a stressful situation much easier just based on responsiveness and how experienced and knowledgeable the staff is!

Last week our hot water heater broke and Mike and his crew were so great! They came out quickly, found the problem and called around to get the specific parts. Mike even drove farther away to save us some money on the parts! He was transparent with costs, time, and what needed to be done. He fixed it in no time at all and saved us the cost of having to replace the tankless water heater. I will always use them for plumbing needs!

Matt from M.R. Neel was professional, friendly but most of all, great at his job! We had a slow leak from a very old pipe that was in danger of cracking if not handled properly. Matt took his time, was extremely careful and thorough. He fixed the issue and saved us from spending thousands of dollars in replacing our water line! I will definitely use M.R. Great experience. Everything works great now and was very fairly priced. Since I know nothing about plumbing and made that clear, a dishonest company could have easily tried to take advantage of that but M.R Neel did not. Instead, they actually gave me advice for things to try on my own incase this issue happens again. Will definitely use them again and recommend them to others!

Had a sewer repair done by Mike and his crew. Showed up on time , they dug a giant hole in my back yard. Repaired the problem and kept the area neat the whole time they were working. Replaced the dirt and put the grass back on the mound. 5 1/2 hours later I never thought my lawn would look as good as it did. They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend them!

Responsive, timely, reasonable, honest and each of their employees have been extremely courteous and knowledgeable. We have used them in a pinch a couple of times and they got out quick to solve the problem. I’ve also used them for a planned sink installation and their work was excellent. Highly recommended.

I would highly recommend M.R. Neel Plumbing & Heating. We had them come out to provide an estimate on our AC as our previous service provider told us we had a leak. Angelo came out and discovered it wasn't a leak but that our furnace was never set-up properly. They set-up our furnace properly and our AC is now working perfectly. Angelo was very informative!

Our family has been working with M.R. for many years and we always recommend them. Mike's pricing is straight forward, affordable and you are charged for the actual work and not a bloated estimate that only increases. We had several jobs completed that were less than the estimate, because they found a smarter and more efficient way to get the job done correctly. Mike the owner is hands on and generous with his time. They've never had to come back to correct a job they completed, but I'm sure it wouldn't be a problem. You don't find a quality and honest company like this often.

I've had 2 occasions to call Mike Neel. Very polite, considerate and professional. I would recommend them.

It started out with a blocked toilet and after using a plunger and snake to no avail I called Horizon. Two very nice guys showed up but neither of them were plumbers. They used a camera and high powered snake on the sewage pipe but couldn’t fix the problem. They told me I would need to replace the entire pipe and the cost was between $6,000 to $12,000. I called Mike (M.R.Neel) that night and he had a crew at my my house at 8am. They immediately diagnosed the problem as a separation in the pipe and showed me the area of separation on the camera. They had other jobs to get to that day and wouldn’t be able to fix the issue for a few days. I suggested I would dig the area up if they could come back and fix it. After digging the hole I called them and they immediately returned and fixed the separated pipe. I had a full house with family visiting and they really helped me out of this Jam. In the end with renting an auger from Home Depot and paying M.R. Neel it cost me $850. I hope this post helps anyone because I saved thousands. Thanks Mike.

Mike cares about his customers, his workers and his business. All workers who have came to our house for plumbing problems have been prompt, courteous and highly capable. AND they clean up so well -- an added bonus in a business where not everyone who worked for us in the past has done so. I even ask Mike for advice on other repairs and for references for services other than plumbing. He hasn't steered us wrong ever! I would (and have) highly recommend them to anyone.
