Responsibilities
- Install, repair, and maintain pipes, valves, fittings, and drainage systems in residential and commercial buildings.
- Respond to, diagnose, and resolve plumbing emergencies with speed and technical accuracy.
- Perform routine inspections of plumbing and drainage infrastructure to identify potential failures.
- Collaborate with general contractors, electricians, and other construction professionals on project sites.
- Manage detailed documentation regarding time spent on-site and specific work performed.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in the plumbing trade.
- Possession of a valid New Jersey driver’s license.
- Technical knowledge of piping materials including PVC, CPVC, PEX, cast iron, and copper.
- Proven experience diagnosing and resolving mechanical emergencies in various structures.
- Ability to perform effectively in both residential and commercial environments.
- Capacity to maintain accurate records of labor, materials, and job costs.
